Indulgent Chocolate Fudge Sundae

X1 Blackfriars Fudge Brownie 70g

Vanilla and Chocolate Ice Cream

Caramel Sauce

Whipped Cream

Glace Cherry to decorate

Serves 2

• Chop the Blackfriars Fudge Brownie into square pieces and warm in the microwave or oven.
• Gently heat the caramel sauce on the hob or in the microwave, making sure not to burn it.
• In a glass dessert bowl, add the fudge brownie and layer on top 1 scoop of vanilla and, 1 scoop of chocolate ice cream.
• Top with whipped cream and plenty of the hot caramel sauce.
• Lastly the cherry on top.
• Serve whilst still warm.
