  • Where are our products made?

In our BRC accredited manufacturing site in Leicester, UK.

  • Are your products suitable for Vegetarians?

We have 7 flavours of flapjacks which are suitable for Vegans, these are as follows:- Original, Fruit, Cherry & Coconut, Apple & Raspberry, Chocolate & Orange, Date & Walnut and Granola flapjack. We also have 4 porridge oat bars that are vegan friendly and gluten free – Wild Berries, Cherry Bakewell, Apple & Salted Caramel and Cocoa Cranberry & Orange.

  • Are your products suitable for Halal?

All products are suitable for Halal with the exception of:- Yoghurt Flapjack, Bakewell Flapjack, Black Forest Muffin, Choc & Orange Muffin, Blueberry Muffin and the Raspberry & White Choc Cookie.

  • Where do I find out about the Nutritional Information and Allergen advice for each product?

Each product on the website has an ingredients & nutritional tab and allergen advice is highlighted for each product. 

  • Do you use Pam Oil in the products?

Yes, we do use palm oil in a range of our products, however we only use palm oil from a sustainable source and declare this in our ingredients.

  • How can I make a Wholesale enquiry?

For all trade enquiries, please get in touch using the website contact form. Alternatively, you can call us on +44116 2786029 and speak to a member of our sales team. We are open Monday-Friday 9-5pm excluding bank holidays.

  • How do I store the products?

All of our products are ambient and to be stored in a cool, dry place.  Therefore should not be refrigerated as this will affect the shelf life. The products should be stored at room temperature away from cooled environments such as fridges, freezers and air conditioning units. 

  • Can the products be frozen?

Our products are ambient and should be stored in a cool, dry place.  Should you choose to freeze them, we recommend that you consume them within 1 week after defrosting.

  • Is VAT Applicable?

The products across the range are exempt from VAT. 

  • How long will my order take to be delivered?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days and once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation from Blackfriars.

For all UK mainland courier orders a next day delivery service is used once dispatched from our warehouse. Deliveries will be made Monday-Fridays from 8am-6pm.

‘Jack in a Box’ are available for UK Mainland customers only and are delivered through the letter box with 2nd class Royal Mail service.  Once dispatched, they can take between 3-5 working days to be delivered.

  • What do I do if my order is incorrect or damaged on delivery?

If your order is damaged or incorrect, please email us through the contact form or call us on +44116 2786029 within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can rectify the problem as soon as possible.  Please quote your order or delivery note number when contacting us.  

  • How can I find out about the latest news and offers?
