Returns & Cancellations
Please contact our customer service team on firstname.lastname@example.org or 0116 2786029 if you wish to cancel your order. Please note however we are unable to cancel if your order has already been dispatched.

Damaged or Faulty
In the event that your product is damaged in transit or faulty please email email@example.com with photographic evidence, description of the issue and your order number and we will endeavour to resolve this as quickly as possible. You will need to notify us within 48hrs of receiving your order.
Wrong item received
We apologise if you have received the wrong item by mistake or if the product description was incorrect. This is not common and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. To receive a refund or a replacement, you must notify us by email or by phone within 48hrs of receiving your order. The item will need to be returned in the same condition you received it and within 14 days from the day on which you received the item.
Item not received
In the unlikely event your order is not received, please notify us within 7 days from the day on which you received an email from us confirming that the item had been dispatched. All orders are sent on a tracked service . Please double check with neighbours in the first instance before contacting us.
I Changed my mind
Unfortunately, unless cancelled before dispatch we are unable to accept returns of this nature.
Our Terms of Service
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Back orders are not sent out at present. If one of your products is out of stock on your order, you will be notified and given the choice of an alternative or refund.
