We have 8 flavours of flapjacks which are suitable for Vegans, these are as follows:- Original, Fruit, Cherry & Coconut, Apple & Raspberry, Apple & Sultana, Apricot, Ginger Choc Chip and Date & Walnut flapjack. We also have 3 porridge oat bars that are vegan friendly and gluten-free – Merry Berry, Seed Sensation and Cocoa Cranberry & Orange.

  • Are your products Halal?

 All products listed on our website have been Halal Approved by the Halal Monitoring Committee, except for the Raisin & Rum Flapjack.

  • Do you have any Gluten Free Products?

We have 3 porridge oat bars which are gluten-free and dairy free – Merry Berry, Seed Sensation and Cocoa Cranberry & Orange. Our Lumberjack protein flapjack bars are also gluten-free – Ginger, Orange & Dark Chocolate Flavour, Vanilla Flavour Fudge with Chia & Hemp Seeds and Yoghurt Flavour & Mixed Berries.

  • Where do I find out about the Nutritional Information and Allergen advice for each product?

Each product on the website has an Ingredients & Nutritional Tab that details all the nutritional and allergen advice for each product. 

  • Do you use Pam Oil in the products?

Yes, we do use palm oil in a range of our products, however we only use palm oil from a sustainable source.

  • How can I make a Wholesale enquiry?

For all Trade Enquiries please get in touch using the website contact form. Alternatively, you can call us on 0116 2786029 and speak to a member of our sales team.  We are open Monday-Friday 9-5pm excluding Bank Holidays.

  • How do I store the products?

All of our products are ambient therefore should not be refrigerated as this will affect the shelf life.   The products should be stored at Room Temperature away from cooled environments such as fridges, freezers and air conditioner units. 

  • Can the products be frozen?

Yes.  If you decide to freeze the products we recommend that you consume them within 5 weeks after defrosting.

  • Is VAT Applicable?

The products in the Blackfriars & Lumberjack product range are exempt from VAT.  However the delivery charge of £4.99 is inclusive of VAT.

  • How long will my order take to be delivered?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days and once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation from Blackfriars.

UK Mainland

For all UK mainland courier orders a next day delivery service is used once dispatched from our warehouse.  Deliveries will be made Monday-Fridays from 8am-6pm.

Jack in a Box

‘Jack in a Box’ are available for UK Mainland customers only and are delivered through the letter box with 2nd class Royal Mail service.  Once dispatched, they can take between 3-5 working days to be delivered.

International orders

We advise that International Orders will be received within 10 working days.

  • Can I add a gift card or message to my order if it is a gift?

Yes.  If you would like us to add a gift card and message to your order please advise us to do so in the “delivery instructions” box during the check-out process.

  • What do I do if my order is incorrect or damaged on delivery?

If your order is damaged or incorrect, please email us through the contact form or call us on 0116 2786029 within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can rectify the problem as soon as possible.  Please quote your order or delivery note number when contacting us.
