This month sees the release of the new Rainbow Cookie. This impressive double chocolate chip cookie topped with coloured chocolate beans is sure to be hit with the kids. 

This year Blackfriars Bakery will be exhibiting at the Food & Drink Exhibition at the NEC Birmingham from Sunday 19th - Wednesday 22nd March. You will find us on stand M71 in the main hall.

Blackfriars Bakery has joined forces with local charity 'Wishes4Kids' with a view to raise funds and awareness of the charities activities.  Wishes4Kids is a Leicester based organisation which specialises in granting wishes for children who are terminally ill or have suffered severe physical or emotional traumas. Wishes granted vary from a visit to the pope to driving a steam train.

Blackfriars Bakery has commissioned 5000 badges featuring both their logo and that of Wishes4Kids.
