<p>Flapjacks tend to be eaten as a mid morning or mid afternoon snack to keep hunger at bay.  But that is not the only way you can eat your flapjack.  I&#8217;d love to hear different ways of eating your favourite Blackfriars flapjack.</p>
<p>Last week we had an e-mail from one long standing customer who heats his Bakewell flapjack in the microwave for 30 sends and then adds warm custard and a delicious pudding.  In the name of customer research I tried this out myself and can promise you it is delicious!</p>
<p>Have you tried doing somthing different with your flapkack?  We&#8217;ll send a prize to the most mouth watering idea!</p>
