Chocolate Flapjack

This afternoon I have decided to eat a chololate flapjack after lunch.  Can’t wait.  A pre-Christmas treat!

Fridge of Flapjacks

Chocolate flapjacks can go a little ’sticky’ in this warm weather so I pop mine in the fridge to keep them nice and cool.

Don’t know how long this nice sunny weather is going to last but the forecast is for a hot dry summer. I’ve been around far too long to believe that one – my prediction is for a wet cold July so I’ll stock up on Chocolate Flapjacks as my comfort food. But in the meantime – whist the sunny weather lasts – I can still enjoy mine nice and cool straight from the fridge.
