A recruitment company who wants to make a good first impressions has come up with a rather clever idea. When a new member of staff tarts in a job, they send a box of flapjack to them. The new member of staff then gives out flap jacks to everybody in their department (or to the whole company) as a way of saying hello.
they tell me that it works better than a bunch of flowers and is a better icebreaker than anything else they have ever tried. if you want to make a good impression with a client why not think about saying it with flapjacks!
